Great service!

I’m pleased to report that O2’s iPhone customer service is excellent!

I had a slight problem logging into my account but the people there soon sorted it out and so pleasantly, too.

Whilst I’m at it, a thank you to Barclay’s Business Banking phone advisors too. Always a pleasure to deal with them.

Who said service was dead?

  1. “Courtesy costs nothing,” I always say. Other companies that shall remain nameless would do well to remember this, too.
